Gut Fix DIY, our new IBD Self-Guided Coaching program, was curated by Reneé to help those interested in starting on a path of gut healing, while seeking an option where they can move at their own pace. In this program, you’ll focus on 6 key areas of the gut for improved digestion, constipation or diarrhea, and improved energy. Our beginning price point program, you’ll receive all 6 modules and move through each as quickly or slowly as you want. The pace is completely up to you!

How does the self-guided coaching program work?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email to create your login information, giving you access to all 6 modules curated by Reneé. Start at Module 1 and begin your gut healing journey!

Module 1: Blood Sugar Balancing

Walk with Reneé through the ins and outs of blood sugar balancing and gut/brain impact. In this module you will receive the presentation slides, blood sugar balancing tips and tricks, and Reneé’s favorite shake recipes.

Module 2: Nutrient Dense Foods

One man’s food is another man’s poison. In module 2 you will focus on how to begin taking small steps with nutrient dense foods. Included are the presentation slides, guidelines for gut clean-up, and 5 salads for gut health.

Module 3: Stress Management

Dive into how the 5 R’s of Functional Medicine, our nervous system, and supplements correlate to managing rest and stress. In this module you will receive the presentation slides, kill/bind total gut protocol, and kill/bind total fullscript access.

Module 4: Toxins & Detoxification

Keep calm and love your liver. Learn about toxins, where they hide, and how to decrease the bad stuff that goes in and increase what goes out. In module 4 you will receive the presentation slides, and Reneé’s coffee enema tutorial.

Module 5: Importance of Minerals

Minerals as the energy starter for your digestion and hormones. In module 5 you will learn about minerals and the signs you need minerals. Included are the presentation slides and more information about Re-Lyte Electrolytes.

Module 6: Hormones & Easy Adjustments

Completing the Gut Fix DIY program is module 6. Reneé will review easy things you can do to start taking small steps toward improved gut health. You will receive the presentation slides, seed cycling guide, and the option to ask Reneé questions or book a free consult!
