Heal Your Leaky Gut!

Welcome to my Leaky Gut Webinar! I hope this helps you learn more about how your body functions, why you might be experiencing the symptoms you have, and some ways to fix the problem. This companion guide will help you on your healing journey, and provide all of the links you need to the items I mention in the video.

If you have questions along the way and want to connect, you can book a FREE consult with me anytime.

1. Drainage

Drainage is the first step in your gut healing process. We need to open up all drainage pathways in your body. This includes your lymphatic system, your glymphatic system, your skin, your cells, and your colon. There are 2 great ways to accomplish this:

A. Dry Brushing – Do this at least 2 times a week, more if possible. CLICK HERE to buy one of my favorite dry brushes. It has natural bristles, not plastic.

B. Lympatic Massage – CLICK HERE for an additional video on how to do this well.

2. Hydration

Hydration is of the utmost importance for gut health. It encourages drainage in all systems. It helps your colon to eliminate toxins efficiently.

A. Water – I want you to drink 1/2 your weight in water (oz) each day.
B. Salt –  Put 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt or Real Salt in your water each time you drink. It helps with sodium levels, which encourages your cells to hold on to the hydration. It also balances your electrolytes.

3. Fiber

Fiber is crucial for helping toxins come out through your poop. In order to get the correct amount of fiber in your diet, I want you to:

A. Eat Vegetables – You need to eat 6 cups of vegetables per day to get the proper amount of fiber into your body. Make sure you eat a variety of vegetable types and colors.

B. Eat Seeds – add Flax seed or Chia Seed to a smoothie, yogurt or oatmeal. These seeds help with fiber and hydration.

4. Pooping

Pooping is key if you want to heal gut dysfunction. It is the body's built in mechanism to get all of the toxins out of your body. So guess what, if you aren't pooping, all of those toxins are staying in your blood stream! I recommend these 2 protocols to begin getting your poop back on track.

A. Magnesium Citrate – Magnesium is one of the most important
basic nutrients that power our bodies, and it is required for more
than 700 biochemical reactions. CLICK HERE to purchase.

B. Colon Support Protocol – I put together a regimen
of supplements for you to use on a weekly basis.
It includes a colon cleanse that provides a
synergistic combination of botanicals,
which gently detoxifies the colon.

5. Probiotic

The final key to healing any leaky gut symptomology is a high quality probiotic. Many probiotics on the market today are dairy-based. If you have any kind of intolerance to dairy, then a dairy-based probiotic will be counter-productive. I recommend using Megaspore. Spore-based probiotics are soil-based microorganisms that are formed from spores and found in dirt and vegetation. These probiotics are naturally-occurring, good bacteria that support health in several ways. CLICK HERE to purchase.
